This Payment Policy governs the terms of payment for cargo transportation services offered by Stoktrade-invest.com. By engaging our services, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
- Currency: All payments shall be made in Australian Dollars.
- Payment Due Date: Payment must be received within 3 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
Advance Payment
- 30% of the total cost is required as an advance for booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
3. Pricing Structure and Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 3 days from the issue date.
- Pricing is determined based on cargo weight, dimensions, distance, and special handling requirements.
- Additional Fees may apply for:
- Express delivery
- Fragile or hazardous materials
- Fuel surcharge
- Customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees
4. Late Payment Policy
- Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 10% per [day/month].
- Services may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Payment-related disputes must be reported in writing within 3 days of the invoice date.
- We will investigate and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Overpayment
- Service cancellation due to company error
- Partial service delivery with valid reasons
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the scheduled transport date to avoid cancellation fees.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Liability and Insurance
- The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
- Clients should arrange insurance for high-value or fragile cargo. Insurance for loss or damage is available upon request for an additional fee.
