Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of cargo transportation services by Stoktrade-invest.com ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
We offer cargo transportation services, including pickup, handling, transportation, and delivery of goods based on the Client’s request. Services are subject to availability and specific conditions outlined below.
1.1 Service Scope
- Transportation of general cargo, oversized goods, and fragile items.
- Specialized services such as express delivery and hazardous material handling may be arranged with prior approval.
1.2 Service Availability
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on distance, customs clearance, and external factors such as weather conditions or force majeure events.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1 Booking
- Bookings must be confirmed in writing, detailing cargo specifics (weight, dimensions, content), pickup/delivery addresses, and the desired transport schedule.
- Advance booking is recommended for time-sensitive deliveries.
2.2 Payment
- Payment must be made in accordance with our Cargo Transportation Payment Policy.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer
- An advance payment of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
2.3 Additional Charges
- Additional fees may apply for express delivery, handling hazardous or fragile items, oversized cargo, and customs duties.
3. Pricing and Quotes
- All quotes provided are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance.
- Pricing is based on cargo specifications, transport distance, and any additional service requests.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
- Provide accurate cargo details, including content, dimensions, and weight.
- Ensure the cargo is securely packed to withstand transportation conditions.
- Be available for cargo pickup and delivery at agreed times or appoint a representative.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 1 day before the scheduled pickup date to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of 30% of the total service cost.
5.2 Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs processes, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.
- Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the declared value, subject to the terms of our cargo insurance policy.
6.2 Insurance
- Clients are encouraged to secure additional insurance for high-value or fragile items. Insurance coverage for loss or damage can be arranged upon request.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal goods
- Explosives or firearms
- Perishable goods without prior arrangement
- Items prohibited by law in the destination country/region
8. Claims and Dispute Resolution
- All claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.
- We will investigate the claim and provide a response within 7 business days.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made according to the agreed terms.
- The cargo is found to contain prohibited items.
- The Client violates these Terms or applicable regulations.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
